Shades of Gray : Black & White photos. About 50/50 digital conversions and actual BW film scans. Most are family, but a few from the sports I shoot.

Family Film Scans from the Past : So.... just some film scans from all of life. Friends family, Smith kids, Philo kids, others that happened to be around during the activities we were doing. Photos I found interesting from 1985-

Black & White Film from the Past : I have shot and home developed BW film for years. That continues to this day. I try and shoot one roll (36 shots) of each event I attend. Sometimes I forget.
There are many photos of my family and children here, but also the events around us over the years.

My films of choice are Fuji Neopan 400, Fuji Acros 100, and Kodak TMAX 100. I usually develop using plain old Kodak D76, but some shown here are from Ilford chemicals, as they were on close-out. It's no longer a cheap hobby with digital having wiped out most of the film world, But as an hobby, I will continue as long as its available and affordable. I can't find words to explain what is so cool about pulling a roll out of the tank, and seeing the images for the first time. That's why I do it. Shot with a Canon EOS Elan 35mm Body, and scanned to digital files using a Canon FS2710 Film Scanner - both relics of another era.
